All orders are processed within Monday to Friday working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched to our courier partner.

 

Parcel Missing, Delayed, or Damaged: 

We partner with trusted courier services, J&T and Pos Malaysia, to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.

Once a parcel leaves our facility, the responsibility for its handling, delivery speed, and condition transfers to the selected courier service. Issues related to the parcel's handling, delivery speed, or condition are subject to the courier's terms and conditions.

We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for any missing, delayed, or damaged parcels during transit. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to initiate their claims process. We will provide the necessary order details to assist you in this process.

 

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during checkout. The customer will be responsible for additional charges to address inaccuracies or changes after dispatch. Please DO NOT provide a PO box address.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Estimated Delivery Times and Shipping Charges will depend on the order amount (before SST is charged).

Klang Valley: 1 – 7 business days

Peninsular Malaysia (Interstate): 5 – 10 business days

Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 10 – 30 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances by the courier company.

Skip the shipping fees and pick up your order from our SS3 Petaling Jaya, Selangor store.

 

How it works:

Place your order: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Order confirmation: We'll email you once your order is ready for pickup.

Pick up: Visit our store between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Please bring your order confirmation email for verification.

Note: Please allow adequate time for order processing before picking up.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at floralforest.my@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for unused and unopened items in their original condition within 14 days after delivery. A full refund for the order amount, minus the return shipping costs, will be issued. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the product's condition and your order number within 24 hours of delivery to floralforest.my@gmail.com. We will address these case-by-case and work towards a satisfactory solution.
